Receptionist/ HR Assistant
We are looking for Receptionist/ HR Assistant with the following requirements:1. BS or diploma degree in business administration;
2. Min 3-5 years’ of experience;
3. Preferred residence of UAE;
4. Preference will be given to those who worked closely with HR;
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering of referring inquiries;
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions;
- Follow up with security guard regarding monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges;
- Maintain clean and safe reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations;
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests;
- Assist with the recruitment process in booking new joiners ticketing and process medical insurance of new joiners;
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity;
